How We Work
At Larmoyeux & Bone, we take our responsibility seriously. Each case deserves a certain degree of time, concentration, and passion to deliver adequate results to our clients. Each client receives personal attention, ensuring complete recovery focus on your end.
Make the Call
Accidents happen, we’re here to make the process as seamless as possible. When something happens and you think you need a lawyer, we are as close as your phone. Call the office and expect to speak immediately with a trained paralegal. With experience handling claims like yours from both sides, we provide premium service. All of our paralegals initially worked as claims adjustors for insurance companies. Every client is given the upmost of respect and is accommodated depending upon the circumstances. If you need us to come to the hospital or to your house after hours, we are willing to do that.
What You Pay
Everybody that hires a lawyer on a contingency fee basis must execute a written contract. The fee agreement sets forth the amount you must pay at the end of the case if a financial recovery is made for you. If you do not win or settle your case, you own us absolutely nothing.
Unlike other law firms, we do not require you to pay us money up front. We advance the cost of your investigation. Our staff of in-house investigators performs the initial routine investigation. That service is included in the fee you pay us at the end of you case. You are obligated, at that point, to concentrate on your medical recovery while we handle the legal details.
Our Availability
Throughout your case, you will inevitably have ongoing questions; we are here to answer them. At Larmoyeux and Bone, we available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, if necessary, to answer questions about your recovery and the process of your case. We handle all of the paperwork and details, so you can concentrate on your recovery.
