Louise HildestadLouise Hildestad is the legal assistant to Liz Townsend, the medical paralegal at Larmoyeux & Bone. With almost 30 years of experience in the legal field, Louise handles auto accidents, slip and falls, bicycle accidents, and any type of personal injury cases. More often than not, Louise fields questions from potential clients wondering if they have a case and current clients inquiring about the status of their case. In addition, Louise handles communication with physicians to obtain medical records and medical bills.

Louise specializes in all matters of pre-litigation. From summarizing medical records to gathering information for demand packages to handling mail and correspondence, Louise is responsible for concluding the case before they have to go to trial. Tasked with a variety of legal duties, she is able to make sure that the clients are taken care of properly and that they are not being taken advantage of. In doing so, she ensures that clients receive proper medical treatment and makes sure that they understand their insurance coverage.
